Wes Silas – Owner and President of Corporation
Wes began employment with ITC as a helper in 2008. In August of 2017, he and Alisha Silas purchased the company from Tommy Flowers. Wes is certified as an SSPC Lead Abatement Competent Supervisor. He is also certified to build scaffolding. With a degree in Construction Management, as well as over 12 years of field and management experience, Wes is well-qualified to meet the demands of a viable, growing business.

Alisha Silas – Office Manager and Secretary of Corporation
With a degree in Business Management and a degree in Accounting, Alisha is able to oversee all facets of a challenging and complex business office. Along with Wes, it is their vision to maintain ITC as an effective presence in the industrial coatings industry while making involvement within the community and their family a priority.

Wayne Black – Operations Manager
Wayne is ITC’s operations manager with over 25 years in the industrial coatings industry. He is responsible for coordinating and scheduling jobs; ordering all material and equipment for jobs within budgetary requirements; supervising and training employees while adhering to safety regulations; estimating jobs; and recruiting employees. Wayne is certified as an SSPC Lead Abatement Competent Supervisor and holds certificates in building scaffolding and OSHA training.

Tommy L. Flowers – Estimator and Market Developer
Tommy, along with Phyllis Heidt, formed ITC in June, 2005. He has more than 30 years of industrial coatings experience. Tommy is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector #1285 and a certified SSPC Lead Abatement Competent Supervisor.
